Cassia Cinnamon Powder is finely milled from selected Vietnamese cassia bark to deliver a smooth texture and the characteristic sweet, warm, and spicy flavor of cassia. Available in different volatile oil levels, it can be tailored to suit a wide range of applications, including seasoning blends, bakery products, beverages, confectionery, sauces, extracts, and other food formulations.
