Cassia Cinnamon Square-Cut is produced from selected Vietnamese cassia bark, cut into compact and relatively uniform pieces for convenient handling, blending, and packing. Available with or without the outer skin, its neat shape, firm bark structure, and characteristic sweet-spicy aroma make it suitable for spice processing, traditional herbal medicine preparations, wholesale distribution, and retail packing.
